The return and exchange conditions for products purchased through vezra.com are governed by the following terms and procedures in accordance with the electronically executed sales contract between the customer and the final owner of the product.
Return Condition.
1. The return request is applicable only if the service performance has not commenced.
2. The product intended for return must be in a condition suitable for resale with the same quality and quantity.
3. The final owner of the product must notify vezra.com in writing within 7 calendar days following the purchase to initiate the return process.
4. The final owner of the product should not have had a positive refund request for other products within the same category or product group within the last 1 (one) year. .
5. To facilitate return transactions, the return request form at the bottom of the invoice must be completed and submitted to accounting.manager@vezra.com Invoices and orders lacking a return request form cannot be cancelled or refunded.
6. Vezra.com will notify the customer about cancellation and return procedures for undeliverable products (e.g., registration, renewal, installation). If the customer fails to respond to cancellation or return information due to incomplete or incorrect contact details, Vezra will credit the refund to the customer's existing account in the system.
7. In the event of a double payment from the customer's credit card due to technical, bank-related, or customer-caused reasons, the customer must inform Vezra's Accounting section in writing about the duplicate withdrawal. We will conduct the necessary checks and cancel the duplicate withdrawal upon notification.
Products are not eligible for return.
The following products cannot be returned because, upon service performance and/or return, they cannot be resold to another customer in the same quality and quantity.
1. Domain Names: Once a domain has been acquired, it is non-returnable.
2. Trademark Registration Service and Fee: Fees associated with trademark registration services are non-refundable.
3. Consultancy and Brokerage Services: All types of consultancy and brokerage services are non-returnable.
4. Technical Support Services: All types of technical support services are non-refundable.
5. Third-Party Procured Products: Products acquired through third-party procurement, of any kind, are non-returnable.
6. Free Services and/or Products: Any services or products provided without charge are non-returnable.
7. Installed or Activated SSL Certificates: Once SSL certificates have been installed or activated, they cannot be returned.
Return procedure.
If the return conditions outlined above are met for products eligible for return, vezra.com will initiate the following return procedures within 15 (fifteen) business days following the final consumer request.
Transmission of a refund request.
For return requests made within 7 (seven) calendar days following the purchase, the end consumer must submit the following information via email to accounting.manager@vezra.com using the verified email address associated with the verza.com member account:
Upon receiving the refund request, verza.com will initiate the necessary verification and processing steps in accordance with the established return procedures.
1. Product/Service Subject to Return:Clearly specify the product or service for which the return is requested.
2. Reason for Return (if applicable): Provide us with a brief explanation of the reason for the return, if applicable.
3. Type of Refund Requested: Indicate cash, credit card, or other.
Refusal of Refund Request.
Vezra.com reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not align with the return policies previously announced. Refusal may occur if the request fails to meet the specified conditions or if it is inconsistent with the established procedures.
Withdrawal from the Refund Request.
The final consumer retains the right to withdraw from the refund request at any point until the refund is successfully processed. This withdrawal option allows consumers flexibility in their decision-making process regarding the return of products or services.
These return policies form a binding agreement between vezra.com and the individuals or organisations acting as the final consumers of its products and services. Every person or entity making a purchase through vezra.com is obligated to adhere to the terms outlined in this declaration and its associated principles.
